Online Orders
Online orders are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery (according to your tracking number). If 30 days have passed since your items were delivered, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, free of stains or damage, and in the same package and condition that you received it. If your return passes our inspection, you will receive a refund or exchange.
To begin the return process, please send us an email at hello@ojackart.com. Please include the following in your email:
1. Your full name
2. Contact information
3. Order number
4. Reason for the return or exchange
In-Store Purchase
In-store purchases are eligible for return only if item is defective or damaged. We do not accept return for in-store purchases due to customer related reasons such as:
- Size didn't work out
- Color didn't match with my room
- I do not need it anymore
Can I return my product that I ordered online for a refund or exchange if...
- It was a gift and I/they don't want it
- I changed my mind after opening it
The answer to the above questions is YES! As long as it is within 30 days of purchase and the item is unused, free of stains, and undamaged. Email us at hello@ojackart.com and we'll get the process started.
NOTE: Like Amazon, you'll be responsible for the return shipping on returned or exchanged item. We cannot refund your original or return shipping costs.

- Damaged the item
The answer to the above questions is no. We have to draw the line somewhere, so please use your best judgment when reaching out about refunds. We understand that things happen, but we do stand by our products and policies.
